Caj perkhidmatan PTPTN turun kepada 1 peratus
13/08/2008 4:29pmPUTRAJAYA 13 Ogos - Kadar caj perkhidmatan pinjaman Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Negara (PTPTN) diturunkan kepada satu peratus berbanding tiga peratus sebelum ini, berkuat kuasa 1 Jun lalu.
Keputusan tersebut diumumkan oleh Menteri Pengajian Tinggi, Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin di sini hari ini. - Utusan
SRC views the decision by the Ministry of Higher Education to reduce the service charge of PTPTN loan to 1 % into very positive decision. The most important effect of this new decisoin is to reduce the load of the IPT students to pay the loan after they finish their study. However SRC still hope the Ministry of Higher Education to cancel the service charge as it still result to give load to the students even with a minimal amount.Additionally, the borrower of PTPTN should take this decision into win-win situation by taking action to pay the loan after they finish their study.
